There is a minimum of 6 people required. If you have less you will have to pay for 6 people. However, because you paid for an event for 6 people, we will run your event for the duration of 6 people. Meaning proportionately speaking per person, you will receive a lot more axe throwing time than that of a group of 6.

We do not offer walk-in’s at this point in time. 

Can I bring my own Alcohol?

In our Barrie location, we do have a full bar to serve you. You may also bring your own food in, or order in. On-site, we do have soda and other non-alcoholic beverages! We do not allow special occasion permits, as well we do not allow outside alcohol.

NEWMARKET

In our Newmarket location, we do have a full bar to serve you. You may also bring your own food in, or order in. On-site, we do have soda and other non-alcoholic beverages! We do not allow special occasion permits, as well we do not allow outside alcohol.

How old must you be to participate at Bullseye?

To participate at Bullseye Axe Throwing, guests must be at least 10 years of age and accompanied by a guardian throughout the event. That being said we do reserve the Friday and Saturday night time slots of 7:30pm and on for guests who are at least 18+.

How much does it cost for an event at Bullseye?

The cost per person for an event at Bullseye is $39.82.

Is there a minimum and maximum group size?

Our minimum group size is 6 people. However, if you don’t have enough people and would still like to book an event with us, you can still do so, but you will be charged the minimum amount of 6 people.

The maximum group size in Newmarket is 48 people.

The maximum group size in Barrie 100 is people.

We do not offer walk-in’s at this point in time.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, you would need to book in advance. Typically we need at least 48 hours notice. You can see the availability here.

Is axe throwing safe?

All throwing takes place under direct supervision from our experienced coaches.  We have many protective measures in place to make sure our facility is as safe as can be. Since opening we have not had any injuries, and we intend to keep it that way.

How should I dress?

You want to make sure you have closed toe shoes, and loose non-restricting clothes.

Can I bring my own axe to Bullseye?

No, due to our insurance policy, our staff must supply the axes.

Managing a booking:

We strongly encourage groups to arrive on time for their event. We do have some flexibility, but due to scheduling restrictions events can’t be extended.

What if I need to rearrange/cancel the date of my booked event?

There is a 2-week cancellation policy in effect.  If you give us at least 2 or more week’s notice before your booked event, your deposit will be refunded.  We can also change your event date provided that we receive 2 week’s notice and we have the availability on the new date and time of your choice.

What should I do if my group size changes?

We understand that you may want people to join after you have booked, or some people might not be able to make it. In the event that your group size varies above or below 6 people, 12 people or 24 people, then please let us know so we can better accommodate your group.

Groups that surpass or drop under 6, 13, 16 or 25 people without notification will be subject to minimum group fee’s and/or space restrictions pertaining to the Initial booking. Notice isn’t required for group size changes between 6–12, 13 -15, 16-24 or 25+ people.

Can I arrive early?

Can I bring in food or order in?

At Bullseye you can bring in food with you or order in. Make sure you are properly prepared with all the necessary utensils for your food, as we don’t supply that for groups.

We don’t have food available for purchase, but your welcome to bring your own food or have it catered in.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is a lot of parking and it’s free.

Can I just walk in with a friend?

All bookings must be done in advance. If you would like to book an event, our minimum requirement is 6 people.

Can i just watch?

Spectators are always welcome at Bullseye.

Can I bring kids or babies?

There isn’t age requirement to come and watch. However, the environment can be filled with cheering, music and other loud noises that might be overwhelming for a baby or a child.

We require that parents or guardians diligently monitor their children at all times while at Bullseye.  Your child must be in your immediate care at all times.

We accept cash, debit cards as well as all major credit cards.

How does the deposit work?

For the guest who books the event they will need to give a deposit. On the event day, the difference between the entry fee and the deposit will be refunded back to them. In the example for the $100 deposit, we will minus the entry fee of $45, and refund back to you $55.
